Sorella Asiago Pressato (Fresh Asiago) has a mild taste. It is white with a hint of straw coloring, dotted with occasional small holes. Sorella Asiago Pressato is rich in live milk enzymes, is made with pasteurized whole milk, and has a maturation of 20-40 days. When you hold a piece between your fingers, it feels as soft as a sponge cake. Its aroma is very similar to butter and yogurt.
Sorella Asiago Vecchio (Mature Asiago) has an unmistakable flavor with a distinctive, slightly sharp taste. It is straw colored and has a dense, grainy consistency. This cheese, which is rich in protein, is made from partially skimmed milk originating from the all natural Asiago plateau pastures and is matured for one year minimum.
Sorella Fontina Val d’Aosta is made with the milk of cows pasturing in the Alpine mountains of Val d’Aosta. The cheese is matured for a period of 3 months in caves dug out of the rock, and it is then selected for the consumers to offer a unique taste.
Sorella Creamy Dolce Gorgonzola is a creamy and buttery blue cheese, matured for 50 days and originates in the province of Bergamo. The greenish blue penicillin mold imparts a sharp, spicy flavor and provides an excellent contrast to the rich, velvety cheese.
Sorella Mountain Gorgonzola is matured for 80 days using the finest techniques. Specially selected enzymes gives a unique personality to the product. The firmer, straw color paste envelops the exterior with its earthy, piquant flavor and strong aroma.
Sorella Grana Padano comes from the Mantua region and is carefully selected after the 12 to 16 month maturation time, offering consistent quality to the consumer throughout the year. Sorella Grana Padano has a mellow nutty flavor which is perfect to grate on pasta or shave on salads.
Sorella Mascarpone comes from the Lombardy Po Valley region. It is made with fresh milk, cream of the highest quality coming from dairies producing Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano. It has a soft, creamy color and as rennet is not used, Sorella Mascarpone is suitable for vegetarians and does not contain preservatives.
Sorella Mozzarella di Bufala Campana comes from the Province of Salerno and it is made in a modern dairy where the cheesemaster selects every single mozzarella produced. Sorella Mozzarella di Bufala Campana is shipped by air to the US to insure that freshness is preserved.
Sorella Parmigiano Reggiano comes from selected dairies and it is aged 22 to 24 months before it is shipped. Sorella Parmigiano Reggiano is perfect grated over pastas, risottos and soups. It can also be eaten as a snack and can be great combined with a glass of wine.
Sorella Ricotta Salata comes from Sardinia and has a marked and strong flavor. Aged 90 days, this semi firm cheese has a smooth, white appearance and a rather dry texture. Sorella Ricotta Salata is perfect for shredding over pizza and pasta or crumbling onto salads or grilled vegetables.
Sorella Pecorino Romano is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) cheese made with sheep’s milk and is perfect grated on pasta or added to a carbonera sauce. It is also great with fava beans and green peas.
Sorella Sharp Provolone comes from the shores of Garda Lake and it is produced with full fat cow’s milk and goat rennet is used to give a sharp taste. It is aged for a minimum of 4 months in order to give the unique sharp taste.

Sorella Taleggio comes from Bergamo province and is matured 40 days as required by the PDO regulations. A pale orange colored rind is a characteristic of this cheese. It has a fruity, salty, and slightly tangy taste, becoming increasingly full flavored, buttery and has an aftertaste of truffles.
